☆ PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During busy sale and promotional periods we can often have small delays, so we appreciate your patience. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates should be used as a guide only, as the AUSPOST can experience delays from time to time.
☆ TRACKING
You should’ve received an order confirmation email when you checked out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email send us a message. After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Place the tracking number into the AUSPOST website to be kept up to date with all your parcels movements.
☆ CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind.

Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. Disque Oh Swim cannot take any responsibility for the following issues; incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact AUSPOST directly.
