☆ PROCESSING TIME 
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During busy sale and promotional periods we can often have small delays, so we appreciate your patience. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates should be used as a guide only, as the AUSPOST can experience delays from time to time.

☆ TRACKING 
You should’ve received an order confirmation email when you checked out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email send us a message. After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Place the tracking number into the AUSPOST website to be kept up to date with all your parcels movements.

☆ CANCELLATION POLICY 
No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind.

☆ RESPONSIBILITY 
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. Disque Oh Swim cannot take any responsibility for the following issues; incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact AUSPOST directly.

☆ INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are NOT included on all international orders. Therefore all customers outside of Australia may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We cannot be liable for any customs, import duties or any other additional fees you may be charged. If the parcel is refused, a small fee will be incurred.
